You know your kids can feel it...

You collapse on the couch, phone in hand, scrolling and wonder: "When is it going to be my turn?"

You know your family can feel it...

It's hard to admit - but you're a people pleaser.

You do it because you want everybody to think you're nice...

But if it makes you a better person, why do you have to hide how you really feel?

Like when you tell your kids "We always do real and honest".

And if you're really honest, you know you're not even hiding it.

It escapes when you snap at the kids, your partner and when you make every decision from expectation versus what lights you up.

You know your kids are watching.

And it costs you:

The connection you say you want,
Conversations that leave you full,
Five minutes to yourself without feeling guilty.

The reason this happens is because it's your safety valve.

At some point, you learnt that being "good" meant you never got to ask for what you want.

But...trying to please everybody else doesn't make you a better person.

In the long run, it keeps you from living the life you actually want.

Are you ready to see why this keeps happening and finally break the pattern?

Reach out so we can unpack what's really going on and talk about what truly matters - so you can model confidence and self-worth for your children, and come home present for the people you love.
